I'm home!

Hi all! It's been a while--I've been living in Ecuador the past couple of months, but am finally home and thought I'd post a few portraits of some of the great people and close friends I traveled with--beginning with the "on a boat" series below, taken on our yacht in the Galapagos.

My studio photography class went on-location to a park last week, and as we'd forgotten to line up models, we all just posed for each other. Nelly is a great photographer, and a wonderful model to boot!

Congratulations Class of 2011!!

It's coming up on that time of year again--graduation! I want to say congratulations again to all of this year's seniors, especially Christina, Conner, and Natalia! It was great working with you guys, and I wish you all the best!!

Sarah at the barn

A couple weeks ago Sarah offered to take me to the barn where she rides. She's been riding and showing horses competitively for years, but on-campus and with a full class load she's had to slow down a bit, so it's a side of her that her college friends (like me) don't get to see much. It was so great watching her interact with the horses and other workers, and seeing all this great passion and talent that she has. She's so humble about it, too--and even acted impressed with my curry-combing abilities! Thanks, Sarah!
